Possibly the most important attribute that a team can possess, is that of trust. Team members must be able to trust their teammates to perform the tasks that they are assigned, in order to be effective and efficient in their own jobs.
This list of modules is the basis of the Creative Thinking workshop. Because all of our clients have
1. Expectations
Socially, we all make assumptions about others. This also true within the work environment. Based on our  assumptions we then have certain expectations about how others will perform, interact or make decisions.
This module aims to highlight the good and bad points of having expectations of teammates.

2. Fair Exchanges
As trust has to be mutual, it follows that the demands we make of each other should also be balanced where possible if we are to minimize resentment. This module looks at how a team leader can assign work while keeping within the capabilities of the rest of the team.

3. Predictability
A large part of trusting others is about being able to predict their actions. This module aims to reinforce the neccessity of prediction and demonstrate what happens when such a prediction is wrong

4. Realistic Target Setting
By setting realistic targets, we are more
likely to trust that colleagues will achieve
them. It might also be said that we would
be more likely to trust the decision
makers if they set realistic targets. This
module looks at how we can establish such
targets by having a greater understanding
of the human resources at our disposal.
